Early investors and large investors may share in some of the GP's carried interest on a per investment basis.  Additionally, early investors may be given the opportunity to grow with Clare Capital and participate in the earnings of the firm. Think of it as a joint venture with Clare Capital where you can participate in firm ownership. Each case will be individually evaluated based on size of investment or ability to contribute to the Firm.

Empowering Growth Through Investment

Investors may participate in private equity funds as part of a seed investment, receiving benefits not available to other limited partners. These benefits can create an additional stream of income, separate and apart from the investment itself.  Seed Investors may also receive additional rights to future co-investments.
